HUD Announces Proposed Rules for Public Housing Mortgage Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published a proposed notice outlining the terms and conditions for public housing agencies (PHAs) to mortgage their assets to secure financing for low-income housing development and rehabilitation with HUD approval.
