FAA Disapproves Burbank Airport Noise and Access Restriction Proposal

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has disapproved the Burbank Glendale Pasadena Airport Authority's (BGPAA) application for a noise and access restriction at Bob Hope Airport (BUR), citing insufficient evidence that the restriction meets statutory conditions under the Airport Noise and Capacity Act of 1990 (ANCA).
