EPA Adjusts Allowance System for HCFCs to Protect Stratospheric Ozone Layer

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is adjusting the allowance system for controlling the production, import, and export of hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) in the country.
