US Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petitions to List Nine Texas Mussel Species as Threatened or Endangered

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 90-day finding on petitions to list nine species of freshwater mussels from Texas as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act, and is soliciting scientific and commercial data to determine if listing is warranted
