Homeland Security Corrects Federal Protective Service Guard Services Contracts with Companies Owned by Convicted Felons

The Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation has been updated to remove redundant language and make technical citation changes, addressing a previously prohibited contract with business concerns owned by individuals convicted of felonies.
