US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results and Rescission of Antidumping Duty on Taiwanese Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of its antidumping duty review on Taiwanese stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings, which will go into effect on July 8, 2009, and rescind the duty in part, effective May 31, 2008.
