OSM Announces Renewal Request for Information Collection 1029-0089

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking to renew its authority to collect information related to the exemption of coal extraction incidental to the extraction of other minerals, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
