EPA to Address Clean Air Act Violations with Proposed Consent Decree

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree to settle a lawsuit filed by environmental groups WildEarth Guardians and San Juan Citizens Alliance, alleging EPA failed to meet its obligations under the Clean Air Act to review and revise air pollution standards for the oil and natural gas industry.
