EPA Finds California's NO2 Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets Adequate for Transportation Conformity

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that the nitrogen dioxide (NO2) motor vehicle emissions budgets in California's 2007 South Coast State Implementation Plan are sufficient for transportation conformity purposes, requiring the Southern California Association of Governments and the U.S. Department of Transportation to use these budgets for future determinations.
