SEC Approves CBOE Rule Change for C2 Options Exchange Authority

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has approved a proposed rule change by the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) that grants authority over the C2 Options Exchange, a subsidiary of CBOE, to operate independently.
