EPA to Open Public Comment Period on Petition to Classify Strychnine Rodenticides as Restricted Use Pesticides

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is publishing a public comment period following a petition from the State FIFRA Issues Research and Evaluation Group (SFIREG) to classify all rodenticide products containing strychnine as Restricted Use Pesticides, which was submitted on July 9, 2009, and is available for review in the docket number EPA-HQ-OPP-2009-0815.
