EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to reduce emissions from crude oil production, cutback asphalt, and petroleum solvent dry cleaning.
