SEC Extends Filing Accommodation for Asset-Backed Securities Until December 31, 2011

The Securities and Exchange Commission is extending the application of Rule 312 of Regulation S-T for one year, allowing for the temporary filing accommodation for filings with respect to asset-backed securities until December 31, 2011, and enabling the disclosure of static pool information on an Internet Web site under certain conditions.
