Iowa DOT and FHWA Rescind Environmental Impact Statement Notice for Polk County Roadway Project

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are withdrawing their notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for a proposed roadway project in Polk County, Iowa, in response to public feedback and concerns.
