NYSE Amex Adopts Rule Changes in Response to FINRA Proposals

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend its Rule 352 and adopt a new rule, NYSE Amex Equities Rule 2150, in alignment with rule changes submitted by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
