NYSE Adopts Rule Changes in Response to FINRA Proposals

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to amend NYSE Rule 352 and adopt a new rule, NYSE Rule 2150, in alignment with recent rule changes filed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). The proposed rule change is effective immediately.
