Cancellation of Bankruptcy Rules Hearing

The public hearing on proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, originally scheduled for January 6, 2010, in Phoenix, AZ, has been canceled. The Bankruptcy Rules Hearing was set to take place at the Judicial Conference.
