U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Approves Shell Wind Energy's Permit for Bear River Ridge Wind Power Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced the initiation of a public scoping period for Shell Wind Energy's application for an incidental take permit for the Bear River Ridge Wind Power Project, a proposed 50-megawatt wind farm in Humboldt County, California.
