NASA to Grant Exclusive License for Miniaturized Solenoid Valve

NASA is issuing a notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license in the US to practice a miniaturized double latching solenoid valve, as described in a US patent application, to Mindrum Precision, Incorporated.
