Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Dangerous Cargo Regulations

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to update its definition of 'certain dangerous cargo residue' to include bulk liquids and liquefied gases, and to revise the definition of 'certain dangerous cargo' accordingly, in response to comments received on an interim rule published in 2005.
