OSM Submits Information Collection Request for Permit Processing to OMB for Review and Approval

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of its information collection activity related to permit processing, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
