U.S. Amends Export Regulations for Albania and Croatia Following NATO Membership

The Bureau of Industry and Security has updated its Export Administration Regulations to reflect Albania and Croatia's formal membership in NATO, removing certain license requirements for these countries while maintaining others for national security and regional stability reasons.
