US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines No Countervailable Subsidies on Chinese Magnesia Carbon Bricks
The US Department of Commerce has found that Chinese producers and exporters of Certain Magnesia Carbon Bricks are not receiving subsidies, paving the way for a final determination on countervailing duties.
