NMFS Adjusts Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Season and Retention Limits

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has extended the comment period for a proposed rule to increase Atlantic bluefin tuna retention limits, allowing for a longer public review period until March 31, 2010, in an effort to more thoroughly utilize U.S. quota for commercial handgear and General categories.
