EPA to Seek Public Input on Stormwater Management Rulemaking

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is launching a national rulemaking process to develop a comprehensive stormwater management program, seeking input from the public on performance, effectiveness, and cost of stormwater control measures, as well as suggestions for improving the existing program to better meet the goals of the Clean Water Act.
