EPA Announces Decision Not to Reissue NPDES General Permit for Egg Production Operations in New Mexico and Oklahoma

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has decided not to reissue the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Egg Production Operations (EPOs) in New Mexico and Oklahoma, which expired in 2007. Facilities seeking coverage under this permit must now submit an individual permit application.
