EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for VOC Emissions from Coatings Operations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to limit the approval and disapproval of revisions to the South Coast Air Quality Management District and Ventura County Air Pollution Control District portions of the California State Implementation Plan, which aims to regulate volatile organic compound emissions from coatings operations associated with motor vehicles and mobile equipment.
