Temporary Exemption Issued for Knights Landing Drawbridge Operation

The Commander of the Eleventh Coast Guard District has temporarily exempted the Knights Landing Drawbridge across the Sacramento River in California from its regular operation rules, allowing the bridge's owner, California Department of Transportation, to repaint the bridge while it operates in single-leaf mode.
