EPA Proposes to Revoke Significant New Use Rule for Chemical Substance Covered by Premanufacture Notice P-95-1772

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revoke a significant new use rule (SNUR) for a chemical substance, following a review of new information and test data, in accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
