Internal Revenue Service Requests Public Comment on Extension of Form G-1145 Information Collection

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public comment on the extension of its existing information collection, Form G-1145, which is used to request and track the status of tax-related documents and information. The IRS is requesting public input on the proposed extension of this collection.
