NOAA Approves Revised Management Plan for Jacques Cousteau National Estuarine Research Reserve

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has approved the revised management plan for the Jacques Cousteau National Estuarine Research Reserve, which includes a boundary expansion, land conservation initiative, and new facilities, fulfilling a five-year requirement to revise the plan.
