Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Bureau of Land Management Release Memorandum of Understanding for Nuclear Waste Management

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has made a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the NRC and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) available for public review. The MOU outlines cooperation on nuclear waste management and disposal on public lands.
