Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Information Collection Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a new proposal for information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The proposal, which covers nondiscrimination on the basis of sex in education programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance, is open for public comment until November 13, 2009.
