Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifests

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for the use of Uniform Low-Level Radioactive Waste Manifests, and is seeking public comment on the request. The NRC is requesting a 60-day comment period to review the proposal, which includes forms 540, 540A, 541, 541A, 542, and 542A, and is currently approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) with control numbers 3150-0164, 3150-0166, and 3150-0165.
