NRC Submits Proposal for Information Collection Review by OMB

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposal, which was published in the Federal Register on April 16, 2010, and has a 60-day comment period.
