Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Comments on Information Collection for Facility Security Clearance and Safeguarding of National Security Information and Restricted Data

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The NRC is seeking public comments on the proposal, which requires facilities and organizations with access to classified information to report on their security clearance and safeguarding practices.
