Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Comments on Information Collection for Agreement States

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting comments on the collection of information from Agreement States regarding federal and state materials and environmental management programs. The NRC is seeking feedback on the proposal, which was published in the Federal Register on March 31, 2010, and has a 60-day comment period.
