Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection for Guidance on Discontinuation of NRC Regulatory Authority

The NRC has submitted a proposal for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, seeking public comment on a policy statement regarding the discontinuation of NRC regulatory authority and the assumption thereof by states through agreements.
