SEC Withdraws Regulatory Guides 1.38, 1.94, and 1.116

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has withdrawn three regulatory guides, which were published in 1994, 1997, and 1996, respectively, and will no longer be considered authoritative guidance on certain topics
