Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Reporting of Defects and Noncompliance

The NRC has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The agency is seeking public comment on the proposed information collection, which requires individual directors and responsible officers of licensed facilities to report defects and noncompliance.
