Nuclear Regulatory Commission Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Material Licenses

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reopening the public comment period for a proposed rule that clarifies definitions for construction and commencement of construction for byproduct, source, and special nuclear material licenses, and irradiators, which was initially published on July 27, 2010.
