NRC Extends Comment Period for Radioactive Material Security Guidance

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has extended the public comment period for its draft implementation guidance on security requirements for Category 1 and Category 2 radioactive materials until January 18, 2011, following several requests from the public.
