Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. Seeks 40-Year License Renewal for Tennessee Facility

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is seeking public comment on a proposed 40-year license renewal for Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc.'s fuel fabrication facility in Erwin, Tennessee, as part of its environmental review process under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
