Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Activities

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting public comment on the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is seeking feedback on its forms, including NRC Form 212 and NRC Form 212A, which are used to collect information from new hires to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
