NRC Extends Public Comment Period for Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. License Renewal

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is extending the public comment period for the Draft Environmental Assessment and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact for the proposed license renewal of Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc.'s fuel fabrication facility in Erwin, Tennessee, until December 31, 2010.
