Advisory Committee On Reactor Safeguards Charter Renewal

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has decided to renew the charter of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards until December 10, 2012, in the public interest, as required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act, to ensure the committee can continue providing advice on reactor safety and other statutory responsibilities.
