Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests Public Comment on Information Collection for Fitness for Duty Programs

The NRC has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and is seeking public comment on the submission. The proposal relates to the collection of information for fitness for duty programs, which are required for certain nuclear power reactor licensees and holders of nuclear power plant construction permits.
