The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA have agreed on the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules, which are now summarized in the new Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50. The accompanying Small Entity Compliance Guide (SECG) is also available online at http://www.regulations.gov.
