Federal Acquisition Regulation; Information Collection; Presolicitation Notice and Response: Request for Review and Approval of Information Collection Extension

The Regulatory Secretariat is seeking OMB approval to extend a previously approved information collection requirement for presolicitation notice and response under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, inviting public comments on the necessity and utility of the collection, as well as ways to minimize the burden on respondents.
