Federal Management Regulation; Change in Consumer Price Index Minimal Value

The Administrator of General Services has updated the minimal value for foreign gifts, increasing it to $350 or less as of January 1, 2011, following a consultation with the Secretary of State and in line with changes to the Consumer Price Index for the preceding 3-year period.
